Rita Lee is a strategic recruiting expert with over two decades of experience spanning HR and talent acquisition across SaaS, technology, and high-growth organizations. She has built and scaled talent functions in complex, global environments, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to align hiring strategies with long-term business growth.
Throughout her career, Rita has led full-cycle technical and non-technical recruitment across the U.S. supporting GTM, product, engineering, and corporate teams. She has held senior talent roles at organizations including Momentive Software, Community Brands, Akhoi Mumbai Cloud Kitchen, and Hertz, where she consistently delivered results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Rita is recognized for her ability to quickly create impact in contract and consulting roles, having successfully closed critical and aging requisitions within compressed timelines.
